L e t ' s E a t [! ]

A much needed break for me and my friends was enjoyed this past four to six day weekend. As a college student nothing seems better than a home cooked meal so we made our way to the east side of Atlanta to enjoy Thanksgiving Break at my friend, Damon's, mother's house. The five days consisted of cooking, eating, lots of sleep, watching movies, went window shopping, played games and just plain right out "chillin". Took part in deep conversations that even inspired me to write a new piece [poem]. Had planned to get some work done but of course that didn't happen. [Lol]

By day five of course we started to get a little tired of each other, because that's what usually happens when you spend lump amounts time with a certain group or certain person. Moreover the break was enjoyable. And i really didn't want it to end.

...and one thing i noticed during break is...I'm thankful for friends...all that I've gone through this past year it wouldn't be possible without God placing certain people in my life...Thank Ya Lawd[! ]

and also on another note...its funny how people that don't usually talk to you want to call you up when they are bored...i got lots of calls and text from people who usually don't call or text...but they only do it when its convenient to them.hmm.[smh]

I know lots of people like that. I find that if you ignore them enough, they eventually figure out how much they miss you. I'm thankful to have you as a friend again. =]
